DIGI4PLAST

Digi4plast was a pilot project in the area of industry digitalisation and Industry 4.0, as part of the European Change2Twin project. The aim of this project was to make a digital copy (digital twin) of the extrusion-blowing process of one of Neutroplast's machines, in order to have access to various data and variables of the machine and production process and to be able to make decisions to optimise the process in terms of resources and quality. In order to make decisions, in addition to presenting data in a useful way, algorithms have been developed to relate variables and predict behaviour.
