What is the minimum order quantity?
5,000 units per reference and colour. Above the minimum, any quantity — the unit price is confirmed in the proposal according to quantity.
Which products are included?
Eleven references in three cylindrical HDPE bottle lines: Tall Boston (50, 100, 125 and 250 ml), Douro (100, 150 and 200 ml) and Tall Boston Special (60, 100, 150 and 250 ml).
Which colours can I choose?
22 catalogue colours — 14 in a matte finish and 8 pearlescent — each with a physical colour standard and Pantone. Other colours are possible by development, subject to quantity.
Is the colour on screen the final colour?
No. The screen shows a simulation. The binding colour is the Pantone and the physical standard of each catalogue colour, confirmed on a sample before production.
What about caps and components?
Every NeutroXpress reference comes with a white cap. Each product page lists the components compatible with the bottle.
Can I decorate the bottles?
Yes. One- or multi-colour screen printing and labelling, applied at the plant. Mention it in the message of your request.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Bottle samples and the physical colour standard are available on request, to validate colour and compatibility before ordering.
What is the lead time?
There is no mould or colour development, which shortens the process. The actual lead time depends on reference, colour and quantity and is stated in the proposal.
Do you deliver outside Portugal?
Yes. Neutroplast supplies customers in more than 30 countries; transport conditions and Incoterms are defined in the proposal.
What documentation comes with the delivery?
Certificate of conformity per batch. ISO certificates and material declarations of conformity available on request.
Is NeutroXpress a separate company or brand?
No. It is a Neutroplast programme: the same products, the same plant and the same certifications, with commercial conditions designed for quantities from 5,000 units.
What happens after I send the request?
You receive a copy by e-mail. The sales team reviews reference, colour, quantity and components and replies within 48 hours with the proposal.
