We manufacture the bottles, caps and dosing devices in our catalogue in-house. For everything else your project needs — pumps, sprays, glass droppers, valves, application accessories — we source from qualified partners and validate compatibility with the Neutroplast bottle.
The result is a tested set, with a single supplier responsible for compatibility, documentation and lead time. Not every component is produced by Neutroplast; every component is validated by Neutroplast.
Caps
Screw, snap top, CRC child-resistant, disc top, flip top, overcap — with or without silica gel and induction liner.
Pumps and sprays
Dosing pumps, nasal and topical sprays, adapters for PP28, 18/415, 24/410 and 24/415 necks.
Droppers
Plastic or glass dropper assemblies with bulb and cap for Round and Square Dropper bottles.
Dosing systems
CE-marked cups, spoons and applicators, produced in-house under ISO 13485.
Accessories
Silica gel, liners, capsules, spouts and application accessories.
From concept to production
Every product has its own requirements for compatibility, dosing, ergonomics, brand image and production. When the catalogue is not enough, we develop the packaging with the customer: own moulds, prototypes and testing, in seven steps from requirements to final packaging.
Customer-specific moulds are trialled before series production, to guarantee dimensional accuracy, compatibility with the chosen components and repeatability batch after batch.

Packaging that carries your brand
We offer packaging assembly and decoration services so that your packaging reflects your brand image. Printing is done in-house, at the plant.
Colours
Natural and white as standard; catalogue colours in the NeutroXpress programme; any colour by development (Pantone/RAL), with sample validation.
Printing
One- or multi-colour screen printing, directly on the bottle or cap, applied at the plant.
Assembly
Bottles delivered with caps, silica or liners already assembled, ready for the filling line.
Pharmaceutical- and food-grade materials
HDPE
High-density polyethylene — the reference material for our bottles: moisture barrier, chemical resistance and light weight.
PP
Polypropylene for caps, dosage cups and spoons, with excellent mechanical and thermal resistance.
PCR 10–30%
HDPE with food-grade post-consumer recycled plastic, available in the Pill Snap Top line and under development for other families.
BIOPE / RHDPE
Renewable-source polyethylene and recycled HDPE, evaluated project by project within our circular economy strategy.
