Shift Leader – Production (M/F)
Ensure the production plan is met, coordinate the shift team and control process/quality, meeting KPIs and the requirements of the Quality and Environmental Management System.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the shift and allocate operators to workstations.
- Ensure self-inspection and part conformity (tests per reference).
- Hand over the shift and report incidents/actions.
- Record production data (quantities, scrap, stoppages, anomalies) and non-conformities.
- Liaise with Technical Support on maintenance/adjustments and close corrective actions.
- Issue Manufacturing Order documentation.
- Ensure 5S, cleaning records, process/label printing and procedure compliance.
- Supervise the direct team and ensure tasks and KPIs are met.
Requirements
- Secondary education and at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- IT: Excel.
- Availability to work shifts.

Quality Inspector
Carry out product testing in accordance with control specifications, record and analyse deviations and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Secondary education (mandatory).
- Experience in an industrial context (preferred).
- Critical and dynamic mindset.
- Availability to work rotating shifts (07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00), weekdays only (mandatory).
Activities
- Carry out product testing in accordance with control specifications.
- Keep quality control records and analyse deviations.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Monitor Production and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
