Frequently asked questions

Which materials does Neutroplast use?

Most bottles are produced in pharmaceutical-grade HDPE (high-density polyethylene); caps and dosing devices in PP (polypropylene). Several references are available with 10–30% PCR (post-consumer recycled plastic), and we evaluate BIOPE and RHDPE for specific projects.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the reference, colour and decoration. In the NeutroXpress programme, a set of selected products is available from 5,000 units in catalogue colours. For all other references the sales team states the MOQ in the proposal.

Which neck finishes and caps are available?

Neutroplast bottles use standard neck finishes — PP28, 24/410, 24/415, 18/415, D18/D20, DIN 18, SNAP S20 — plus special necks in the Pill families. Each product sheet lists the compatible caps and components: screw, snap, CRC (child-resistant), disc top, flip top, dispensers and droppers.

Can the packaging be customised?

Yes. We develop Pantone/RAL colours, print and decorate in-house and build exclusive moulds for customers. See the Solutions page.
