Once again, Neutroplast is elected as one of the best companies to work for in Portugal
For the second consecutive year Neutroplast was elected one of the best companies to work for, in Portugal. The index that determines this result, an initiative of EXAME magazine and the Manpower Group, is based on an evaluation of the workers themselves and covers aspects as different as leadership, talent management, social responsibility and working conditions.
The bulk of the companies distinguished are from the services area, but two plastic processing companies stand out from this list. This is a clear indicator that something is happening in the plastics industry towards greater social sustainability of its business models.
Neutroplast is in the front line of this change, having operated, in recent years, a shift in its objectives that considers the welfare of the communities with which it relates as a fundamental part of its business. In this context, its employees are at the forefront of these changes, so this distinction, based on their contributions, has even more value and is an indication that we are pursuing the right paths.
Neutroplast, for a better world.
