The DOSEA project (Neutroplast CENTI and BeyonDevices partnership) aimed to develop thin, flexible smart labels that could be integrated into medication packaging to provide users with alerts for when to take their medication.

The devices developed in the project will lead to greater adherence to taking medication, increasing the efficiency of treatment and reducing waste associated with non-adherence to treatments.

The smart tag is autonomous, reusable and fully configurable with the duration of treatments, medication intervals and other parameters. These developments are thus interesting because they will allow medication to be monitored, making it useful both for monitoring clinical trials and for use by private patients.
