Main Responsibilities:

• Supplying silos and packaging materials according to manufacturing orders;
• Removal and correct identification of shift waste;
• Cleaning mills and checking waste labels;
• Ensuring correct masterbatch reference and consumption control;
• Grinding production waste;
• Transporting finished products to quality control and the warehouse;
• Operating equipment and identifying raw materials;
• Formulating mixtures and maintaining the transport circuit;
• Supplying complementary operations;
• Computerised waste records;
• Compliance with Quality and Environmental standards and assigned KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 9th grade (or 3 years of experience in the field);
• Desirable: Secondary education;
• Computer skills from a user's perspective;
• Availability to work rotating shifts;
• Awareness of good environmental practices and ISO standards (NP EN ISO 9001, ISO 15378);
• Important: Must not have colour blindness, a history of asthma, allergies or chronic respiratory diseases.

Behavioural skills:

• Ability to follow procedures and handle pressure;
• Application of technical knowledge and use of technology.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assembly and adjustment of moulds, machines and peripheral equipment (conveyors, mills, etc.), in accordance with the moulding specifications;
• Evaluation of production planning and recording of changes to the process;
• Collaboration in responding to Non-Conformity Reports;
• Recording incidents and complying with work instructions;
• Identifying and reporting anomalies and maintenance needs;
• Performing minor repairs and level 1 maintenance;
• Cleaning and organising the work area;
• Preparing and scheduling the supply of raw materials;
• Validating the start/restart of production with the Shift Manager;
• Proposing improvements to the production process;
• Compliance with quality and environmental standards;
• Monitoring assigned KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum education: 9th grade or minimum 3 years' experience in the role;
• Mandatory experience in plastic moulds;
• Technical knowledge in maintenance, electromechanics or automation;
• Car driving licence and forklift licence;
• Availability to work shifts;
• Basic computer skills;
• Sensitivity to good environmental practices.

Preferred Requirements:

• Complete secondary education;
• Training in plastic processing equipment;
• Knowledge of NP EN ISO 9001, ISO 15378 and medical device standards;
• Basic knowledge of English.
